These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ayitiworldcup.store and your purchases from Ayiti World Cup (“we”, “us”). By placing an order or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, complete information at checkout and to keep your contact and shipping details current so we can fulfill your order.

Products, pricing & availability

  • All prices are listed in US dollars and exclude taxes, which are calculated at checkout where applicable.
  • We make every effort to display products and colors accurately, but actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.
  • Products are subject to availability. If an item is sold out or becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and issue a full refund for that item.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item's correct price is higher than the price shown at the time you ordered, we will contact you before charging the difference, and you may cancel.

Orders & payment

  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe (or, when you buy through a marketplace such as eBay, by that marketplace's processor). We never see or store your full card details.
  • Submitting an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation; we may decline or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud, pricing error, or stock issues) and will refund any amount charged.
  • Promo codes are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn or limited at any time. Some codes cannot be combined with others.

Shipping & delivery

  • We ship within the US via USPS, with Ground, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express options offered at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days; expedited options arrive sooner.
  • Free standard shipping applies to US orders over $99.
  • We ship internationally to the US, Canada, Haiti, France, UK, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico. International delivery times vary, and any import duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility.
  • Some items (such as tees and hoodies) are fulfilled by our print partner and may ship separately from jerseys and other items. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier takes possession of the package.

Returns & exchanges

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or fit.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact support@ayitiworldcup.store with your order number and a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. For defective/incorrect items we cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label.
  • Please review the size guide on each product page before ordering — these are limited World Cup pieces and we cannot guarantee restocks.

Intellectual property

The Ayiti World Cup name, logo, product designs, artwork, Haitian Creole phrases as styled, photography, and site content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, resell, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. We are an independent lifestyle brand and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, the World Cup, or any national federation.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, scraping or harvesting data, placing fraudulent orders, or using the site in violation of any applicable law.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision, and the version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
