Privacy Policy

Ayiti World Cup (“we”, “us”) operates ayitiworldcup.store and sells through additional marketplaces including eBay. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.
Data we collect
- Order data: name, email, shipping address, phone, items purchased, order amount. Collected at checkout (on our site or via a marketplace such as eBay), stored to fulfill orders and provide customer support.
- Marketplace data (eBay): when you buy from us on eBay, eBay shares your buyer username, user ID, and shipping address with us so we can fulfill the order. We never receive your eBay password or credit card.
- Payment data: processed entirely by Stripe (or the marketplace's own processor when applicable). We never see your card details.
- Analytics data: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics receives pageviews, product views, and purchase events. No personally identifying information is sent to GA.
- Communications: emails you send to

How we use it
- Fulfill and ship your orders
- Send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates, delivery, restocks, refunds)
- Process refunds and exchanges
- Understand site traffic so we can improve the experience
- Detect and prevent fraud
Third parties we share data with
- Stripe — payments (card processing, refunds)
- eBay — when you purchase from us via eBay, we receive your order + shipping data from eBay to fulfill it. We honor eBay's Marketplace Account Deletion notifications and irreversibly delete (or anonymize, where US tax-retention rules require we keep order records) your eBay-linked data on request.
- ShipStation / EasyShip — generates shipping labels and provides shipment tracking updates (name + shipping address + items shipped + tracking number + carrier)
- Printify — fulfills tee/hoodie orders (shipping address + items only)
- Resend — transactional and marketing email delivery
- ImprovMX — forwards inbound mail sent to
@ayitiworldcup.storeaddresses to a private merchant inbox - DeepSeek — powers our on-site chatbot. We never send your email or full address; the chatbot only receives an anonymized summary of your order after we look it up on our server. The text of your chat messages is processed by DeepSeek to generate replies.
- Google Analytics — pageviews and ecommerce events, only loaded with your cookie consent
- Neon — encrypted Postgres database hosting
- Vercel — site hosting
We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone. Data is only shared with the providers above as strictly necessary to operate the store.
Cookies
We use cookies in two categories:
- Strictly necessary (cart, session) — always on. The site can't function without these.
- Analytics (Google Analytics) — only loaded if you accept analytics cookies.
You can change your choice anytime via the Cookie Preferences link in the footer of every page.
Your rights
Under GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California), you can request:
- A copy of all data we hold about you
- Correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements for paid orders)
- To opt out of analytics tracking (via the Cookie Preferences link)

Data retention
Order records are kept for 7 years for US tax and accounting requirements. Marketing data (analytics) is kept for 14 months in Google Analytics. Support tickets are kept indefinitely unless deletion is requested. When an eBay buyer's account is deleted, we anonymize the personally identifying columns on any eBay-channel order rows we've received (email, name, address) while retaining the financial line items for tax purposes, per US Internal Revenue Service retention guidance.
